Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to price changes, out-of-stock items and typos.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Dankort/VISA/MasterCard

  • MobilePay

  • Apple Pay

  • Bank transfer (by arrangement)

Payment is only taken when the item is shipped.

Delivery
We ship orders throughout Denmark and the EU.
Normal delivery time is 1–2 business days for Danish orders and 2–7 business days in the EU.
We use PostNord, GLS or DAO.
Tracking number will be sent upon shipment.

Shipping prices:

  • Denmark: From 39 kr. – free over 999 kr.

  • EU: Automatically calculated at checkout (depends on weight and destination)

NOTE : Local import/customs regulations may apply in certain countries. Buyer is responsible for these.

Reservation of stock and right to changes
We reserve the right to accept stock errors and situations where we receive fewer items from our suppliers than ordered (allocation). In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel all or part of the order

  • Scale down quantities in the order to distribute products evenly

  • Prioritize orders on a first-come, first-served basis (date/time of order)

You will always be contacted if this happens and given the opportunity to accept the change or cancel your order.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.
The item must be returned in the same condition, and any seal must not be broken.

Returns are made by:

  1. Give written notice to info@nordic-card.dk

  2. Filling out return form

  3. Sends the item securely packaged

You cover the return shipping yourself.

Right of complaint
There is a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act.
In case of errors/deficiencies - contact us as soon as possible with a picture and order number.
